canview – CAN Bus Analyzer
A terminal tool for watching a vehicle CAN bus live and decoding its signals from a DBC file.
Automated Luggage-Sorting Conveyor
A T-shaped conveyor that identifies and routes luggage for airports, with Arduino low-level control and Raspberry Pi high-level logic talking over serial.
Spectre – Passive Network Intelligence
A passive network-monitoring platform in Rust that maps every device on a network segment and fingerprints scanners and attackers in real time, without sending a single packet.
Venus Exploration Robots
Two autonomous robots that explore a simulated Venus surface, avoid craters and mountains, and bring rock samples back to the lab.
Peltier Thermal Therapy Device
A hot-and-cold therapy device for joint and back relief, taken from concept through prototypes to a final build, a business case and a pitch.
Small-Scale EV – Speed Sensing & Rolling Resistance
First-year automotive project. A Hall-sensor speedometer for our team's electric car, and coast-down tests to measure its rolling resistance for the driving strategy.
Air Particle & Heat Simulation
A real-time SPH fluid simulation in C with 12,000 air particles, metal heat conduction, convection and interactive wind, heat and obstacle tools.
stemtab – Audio to Guitar Tablature
A CPU-only Python tool that turns an isolated guitar, bass or ukulele recording into playable tablature, evaluated against string-level ground truth.
Echolocal – Offline Music Fingerprinting
A Shazam-style audio fingerprinting engine in Rust that indexes your own music library and identifies songs from a file or the microphone, fully offline.
Software & side projects
- carchkr – Used-Car Check for Dutch PlatesA free, client-side web app and browser extension that turns Dutch government open vehicle data into a used-car report with ranked red flags for buyers.
- Riffwise – Song Analysis and Practice AppA web app that splits a song into instruments and detects its chords, key, tempo, meter and drums, then turns it into a practice session with loops, tabs and lyrics.
- antirai – Network Infection DetectorA Python network monitor that captures your network's packets and tells you which devices are infected, starting from Mirai botnet detection, with a verdict and evidence for every device.
- Kalori – Greek Calorie TrackerA Greek-first calorie-tracking app for iOS and Android. Free, no ads, no account, and all data stays on the phone.
- minimide – Hackable Code EditorA small, Atom-style desktop code editor in about 6,700 lines of JavaScript, with plugins, LSP, a terminal and git built in.
- Huurcheck – Dutch Rent CheckerAn open-source Rust engine that calculates the legal maximum rent for Dutch homes with the official points system (WWS), so tenants can see whether they overpay.
- lightsysmon – System MonitorA lightweight Rust command-line tool and terminal dashboard for live CPU, memory, disk, network and process monitoring.
- ScienceDaily – One Paper a DayA native SwiftUI app for iOS and Mac that serves one recent arXiv paper a day, condensed to read over coffee, with home-screen widgets.
- Tuiverse – A Universe of Terminal AppsA plugin-based terminal shell in Go that wraps services like Hacker News, Reddit, Spotify, GitHub and weather into one keyboard-driven interface.
- rmpp – reMarkable Paper Pro ToolkitA safe toolkit for running custom software on the reMarkable Paper Pro e-ink tablet over SSH, including on-device hardware reconnaissance and a self-hosted dashboard.
- Cyclist Reaction-Time SimulatorA browser experiment that measures how quickly cyclists notice an overtaking bike, with and without a rear-approach warning light.
- COVID Greece DashboardA Flask web app with live COVID-19 statistics and an interactive timeline for Greece, in Greek.
- Clothing MarketplaceA personal website where users can upload and browse clothing listings.
- Designotron – Design Tool with a Rust EngineAn open-source, Figma-style design editor whose document engine is written in Rust and compiled to WebAssembly, with Claude able to edit the canvas and export designs as React code.
- wikid – Offline Wikipedia ReaderA single Rust binary that reads offline Wikipedia and other Kiwix ZIM archives in the terminal or the browser, with its own ZIM parser and fuzzy title search.
- appsassin – Stray Process Finder for macOSA Go terminal app that finds the processes and apps you forgot to close on a Mac, explains why each one looks forgotten, and shuts down the ones you pick.
- Triode – Desktop Client for YouTube MusicAn Electron desktop app for macOS and Windows that adds a Web Audio effects and EQ chain, headphone correction, karaoke, live meters, synced lyrics and a phone remote to YouTube Music.
About
Electrical engineering student specialising in automotive technology, at home on both sides of the hardware/software line: from STM32 power-converter firmware and Arduino sensing to CAN bus tooling in Rust and full-stack web apps. I like understanding a system end to end, testing what I build against real measurements, and explaining clearly what was done and why.
Outside the lab I build my own tools, design circuits such as amplifiers, power supplies and sensors, run and maintain server hardware, and spend a lot of time behind a camera. I work comfortably in multidisciplinary teams and am fluent in English and Greek.
- 01Finish my studies in the engineering department.
- 02Acquire the skills to become a well-rounded engineer.
- 03Develop as a professional in the engineering industry.
- 04Gain multidisciplinary experience in technical and management positions.
